Comfortable beds enhance relaxation during your stay.
Our check-in was chaotic, leading us to feel ignored. The room was dirty upon arrival, with hair in the shower and remnants from previous guests in the fridge. The air conditioning unit was loud.

Staying here with friends was quite the experience. The heated swimming pools were a highlight for us, and we also enjoyed the convenience of a kitchen in the Resort Suite King to whip up some late-night snacks. However, parking was a challenge, especially with the resort being full during our visit. Overall, the ambiance was enjoyable, and despite the parking issues, we had a great time exploring the Napa area together.

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed the two heated swimming pools and got to try the Napa Valley Wine Train. The splash pad looked fun for families, too. The location is solid, but be ready for potential parking challenges.
Our air conditioning didn't work well, and it was frustrating. The front desk wasn't very helpful about it.

Couples' Escape Needs A Few Fixes
The one-bedroom suite was kitted out with every amenity-seriously, I walked in and saw a fully equipped kitchen, like I could whip up an elaborate meal if I wanted. Plus, I found the complimentary bottle of wine waiting for me.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but I guess you get what you pay for.

The dining options were excellent, especially at Olive & Hay, where the flavors danced on my palate like a fine cabernet. The spacious room felt like a culinary haven, with a kitchen ready for my food experiments. Nothing beats lounging by the pool with a glass of local wine.
Check-in was a real head-scratcher with a cancelled reservation disaster, and we got bumped around like a game of musical chairs. Let's not forget the noise at night that made sleep feel elusive. Not exactly the Napa vibe I signed up for.

Spending two nights in a King Suite provided the privacy and space needed for a relaxing getaway. The layout allowed my child to feel more like an adult in their own room while still being close. Staff were polite, but the unexpected disturbances impacted our experience significantly.
